Shipping.

How much is shipping?
US: free.
Australia: $12.50 shirts, $22 hoodies.
Everywhere else: $10 shirts, $15 hoodies.
When will I get my order?
Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Then 5 to 8 days in the US, 10 to 30 days everywhere else.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Everywhere.
How long until it ships?
It's printed when you order it. That takes 2 to 5 business days. That's about how long it took us to agree on the font.
What about customs and import fees?
Yours. We can't work them out, and we can't pay them.

Size and fit.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes. Full measurements for shirts and hoodies, on the size guide page.
How's the fit? Does it run small?
The shirt is a fitted cut; it sits closer than an old heavy tee. The hoodie is a regular fit.
I'm between sizes.
Go up. Especially on the shirt.

Fabric and ink.

What shirt and hoodie are they?
Bella+Canvas 3001 and Independent Trading SS4500. Good blanks. The sentence is the cheap part.
What does the print feel like?
Direct-to-garment. The ink goes into the fabric, not on top of it. Nothing plastic, nothing that peels off in the wash.
Is the text this size?
Yes. On purpose. Big letters are for people with good news.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Each one is printed fresh, so the size and place of the text can vary. Millimeters, not inches.
Will it shrink?
Wash cold, dry low, and it stays where it is. Boil it and that's on you.
How do I wash it?
Cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Don't iron the print. Don't dry clean. It's a shirt, not a suit.

Ordering and paying.

What payment do you take?
Card or PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. Nothing exotic.
Are there discount codes?
One. Sign up for the emails and you get a code for your second shirt. There's always a second shirt.
I put in the wrong address. Can I change or cancel?
Email us the moment you notice. If it hasn't gone to print, we fix it. Once it's printing, it's printing.
If it comes back to us, we send a new one, free. If it doesn't come back, there's nothing to get back.

Problems and returns.

Wrong size, or I changed my mind.
No returns. Every item is printed when you order it, so there's nothing to put back on a shelf. Read the size guide first.
EU: You have 14 days by law to cancel. Return postage is on you.
Where's my order?
You get a tracking link by email when it ships. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Then 5 to 8 days in the US, 10 to 30 everywhere else.
It arrived damaged or misprinted.
When your parcel arrives you get an email from us with a link to your order. Open it, report the problem and add a photo, within 30 days of delivery. We print a new one and ship it, free. Keep the bad one. It's pajamas now.
My tracking hasn't moved.
Use the link in the email we send when your parcel arrives. If tracking says lost or stuck in transit, we print a new one, free.
If it says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbors and the building. That one's out of our hands.
Refund or replacement?
Replacement. Refunds only where the law requires one.
How fast do you reply?
Within 48 hours. Usually sooner. Not promising that.
How do I reach you?

The sentences.

Who writes the sentences?
Someone who should probably talk to a professional.
Can I send you a sentence?
Yes. There's a box for it right here. If we print it, you get a shirt, and we'll tag you when it goes up.
Can I get a custom design?
No. We can barely handle the sentences we write ourselves.
